Hello, my name is Gail Taylor, and I live in Dallas with my husband, David.

If you had told me a few months ago that a simple at-home method could help ease the swelling in my feet and make me feel better, I probably would have laughed.

But that’s exactly what happened.

For years, it felt as though my legs were like an overflowing clogged toilet—as if a blocked drain was preventing water from flowing out:

  • They were constantly swollen—tight, puffy, and uncomfortable.

  • Some mornings, my ankles were so swollen that I couldn’t even get my shoes on.

Like I said, I know exactly what it’s like to wake up every day with swollen ankles and feet

Because for over 4 years, that was me.

All this time, I dealt with swelling that made my legs look so different. 

My ankles felt tight and sore, my feet ached all day long, and walking—even standing—became a painful challenge. 

I tried everything: compression socks, water pills, cutting salt from my diet, and propping my legs up every chance I got.
